Mental health and wellbeing

At Peak we offer a free subscription to the Headspace app which allows you to access meditation techniques, peaceful playlists, workouts, yoga and much more for when you need a little TLC. We also provide access to Spill, which is a platform where you can book therapy sessions with experts for anything from management training to building emotional intelligence. We all need time to rest and relax away from work so we offer 25 days holiday, rising to 30 with service, plus 8 flexible Federal days.

We want to support families of our team at Peak so offer exceptional enhanced maternity pay and enhanced paternity pay too. We offer 401k contributions and a voluntary Life assurance scheme for 5x your salary for that additional reassurance too.

We love getting together at Peak so have regular team days and social activities, and we can get to use our amazing office in Broadway, NY for celebrations and events.

Working for Peak

We have flexible start and finish times, and the choice to work from home or from the office, so you can make your day work for you. We offer transport season ticket loans and cycle schemes to help you get into the office when needed, and free healthy drinks and snacks when you do (plus a drinks fridge for Fridays!). You’ll have a new Apple MacBook to work on too.

Giving back

We support various charities through fundraising and using data for good. We also offer everyone in the team the opportunity to spend a working day per year supporting a charity.
