We’re doing things that have a positive impact, not just on Peak but for the wider world too.
This means giving back through volunteering work within our communities, sharing our knowledge and expertise and using our platform and technology to benefit society and the world in which we live. We work towards a better world for future generations, tackling climate change head-on and maximising our positive impact on the environment.
Fundraising and volunteering days are available for everyone at Peak during work hours – our data science team also ran a week-long hackathon event for the charity FareShare, using our skills to rapidly build the most impactful solutions to help FareShare UK get more food to vulnerable people. We plan to do this again, and continue to find new ways to give back.

Wellbeing at Peak
We want to foster a culture of sustainable high performance, and wellbeing is core to supporting this. We have a dedicated Wellbeing and Social committee and everyone contributes to an open culture where we look out for each other and can bring our authentic selves to work.
We celebrate all of our cultures with events in our clubhouses and online.
We make sure we are connecting with each other, with time to engage in groups, one-to-one conversations and weekly socials in our clubhouses.
A wellbeing pod is available for moments of calm, with activities, cushions and blankets.
We raise awareness of health and wellbeing with events, information sharing and signposting where to find out more.

Not just for the amazing work we produce, but also for how we look after each other. From our wellbeing support to our culture of continuous learning and superb club houses, we’re focused on our people and continually enhancing our benefits package.
Physical fitness
Both the mental and physical wellbeing of our team is a priority to us. This is why we offer discounted gym memberships to every employee and we have also started Peak Fit Club – a company-run initiative aimed at getting us moving as a team and supporting everyone in a range of activities.
Mental health and wellbeing
At Peak we offer a free subscription to the Headspace app which allows you to access meditation techniques, peaceful playlists, workouts, yoga and much more for when you need a little TLC. We also provide access to Spill, which is a platform where you can book therapy sessions with experts for anything from management training to building emotional intelligence. We’re all about the people here at Peak!

We all need time to rest and relax away from work so we offer 25 days holiday, rising to 30 with service, plus flexible bank holidays.

Team socials
We love getting together at Peak so have regular team days and social activities, and with loads of space, a games console, a drinks fridge and DJ decks we can get to use our amazing office for celebrations and events.
Flexible working
We have flexible start and finish times, and the choice to work from home or from the office, so you can make your day work for you. We offer transport season ticket loans and cycle schemes to help you get into the office when needed, and free healthy drinks and snacks when you do (plus a drinks fridge for Fridays!). You’ll have a new Apple MacBook to work on too.
Giving back
We support various charities through fundraising and using data for good. We also offer everyone in the team the opportunity to spend a working day per year supporting a charity.
