We’re looking to address your key challenges: missed sales, manual processes, sub-optimal capital and stock allocation. We’ve started our project with analysis of Austria, where there’s been missed sales due to stockouts over the past 12 months, and manual replenishment processes which limit speed and scalability.

We've started with an initial analysis of Snipes Austria 🇦🇹
Peak can sync your stock to demand with SKU-level, store-specific replenishment. Inventory AI forecasts demand, optimizes replenishment quantities and balances stock across every location in real time. It can also predict early demand trends, flag exceptions for review and efficiently carry forward low outbound volumes to ensure you always hold the optimal amount of stock.
To demonstrate our capabilities, this this analysis is based on sales (excluding returns) and inventory data from 12 June 2024 to 31 May 2025, covering 9,300 products across 28 stores in Austria (27 active and 1 recently closed).

Our analysis is packed full of interesting findings. Overall stock levels are high compared to demand. Footwear drives the most revenue but has the most complexity. And, of course, your overstocking problem could be reduced by optimising your rebuy decisions.
