Our 2025 highlights
A year to remember: joining forces with UiPath
2025 marked a defining moment for Peak as we became part of UiPath, bringing together two complementary visions for the future of enterprise AI. The move strengthens our mission to put intelligent decision making at the centre of commercial operations, while giving us the scale and reach to accelerate innovation for our customers.
By combining Peak’s Agentic Intelligence with UiPath’s industry-leading automation platform, we’re creating the foundation for the next era of agentic solutions where insight and action come together seamlessly, with customers enjoying the benefits through faster innovation, expanded capabilities, and a more connected approach to AI.
A breakthrough year for agentic solutions
2025 saw the launch of Peak’s next-generation agentic AI solutions: Agentic Commercial Pricing, Agentic Inventory Management, and Agentic Merchandising.
Each solution brings autonomous decision making into core commercial processes, helping teams move faster, trade smarter and unlock new levels of efficiency.
Built on our predict, decide, act framework, these solutions go beyond insights to execute decisions automatically, adapting to real-time conditions across pricing, supply chain and merchandising. Early adopters are already seeing the benefits through stronger margins, leaner inventories and more responsive operations. A major milestone in Peak’s evolution, and a preview of what’s possible in the agentic era.
Hitting the headlines with our customers
This year our customers made waves across industries, showcasing what’s possible when intelligent decision making meets real-world ambition. From Debenhams Group transforming its merchandising agility, to Eurocell optimizing complex inventory management, to Hain Celestial building a more resilient supply chain, we’ve had a number of success stories to shout about in 2025.
We also celebrated partnerships with the likes of The Body Shop and Ligentia, each demonstrating the impact of AI in very different operational environments. These partnerships highlight the breadth of value Agentic Intelligence can deliver; faster decisions, stronger performance and smarter ways of working across retail, manufacturing and supply chain.
Thought leadership
Industry insights across AI, retail and manufacturing
This year saw Peak voices leading the conversation on the future of AI in business. Richard Potter shared his perspective across national and trade press, offering clarity on how organizations can navigate the fast-moving agentic era and unlock real commercial value from AI.
In retail, Tom Summerfield published a standout markdown strategy series that quickly became some of our most-read content of the year, alongside his new agentic merchandising series on UiPath.com exploring how retailers can evolve from reactive to autonomous trading.
Across manufacturing, William Dutton continued to shape the dialogue on commercial pricing and operational performance, breaking down how data, AI and automation can strengthen margins and decision making in complex industrial environments.
Events and webinars
Taking agentic AI on the road
2025 was a big year for getting face-to-face with customers, partners, and the wider industry. We attended and hosted 16 events globally, sharing how agentic AI is moving from concept to commercial reality.
Standout moments included UiPath on Tour, UiPath FUSION in both Las Vegas and Munich, as well as major industry gatherings such as Retail Tech Show, NRF 2025 Europe and the EPP Manufacturing Pricing Forum. Each event gave us the opportunity to showcase real-world use cases and hear directly from businesses navigating complex pricing and inventory challenges.
Alongside this, we ran a series of well-attended webinars exploring agentic AI in practice. Our sessions on agentic AI for commercial pricing, retail pricing and business in general helped teams understand not just the theory, but the tangible impact of agentic systems in action.
