How does the guarantee work?
Inventory Intelligence helps businesses forecast, order and balance optimal stock levels across their network. The performance guarantee promises that you’ll hit your target overall availability (i.e., combined availability of all products at all your sites) over the course of an agreed guarantee period. If your overall availability falls two or more percentage points below the target we agree with you (e.g., from 95% to below 93%) during your guarantee period, we’ll give you a refund based on the fee you paid for your AI application.
