Wellness
Mental and physical health are a priority at Peak, we have ambitious goals that cannot be achieved by an exhausted or unhappy team. We actively encourage a healthy work life balance, and provide a free subscription to both Headspace and Spill apps, which deliver yoga and meditation classes to support the health and wellbeing of our team.
Team trips and team dinners
Peak arranges annual team building and recreational trips to different parts of India (we have previously visited Sariska and Goa). On the most important holidays we gather for a dinner to celebrate together.
Enhanced parental leave policy
A female colleague who is working with us for the period of at least 80 days is eligible for 26 calendar weeks’ maternity leave, subject to a maximum of two confinements. For the third child, a female colleague will be entitled for 12 weeks, out of which she can take 6 weeks maternity leave prior to the date of expected delivery. In case of adoption of a child below the age of three months or a commissioning mother the maternity leave will be allowed till twelve weeks of paid leave from the date of the handing over the child to the adopting mother or the commissioning mother.

Within a week of joining Peak I felt at home. My role as Talent Manager gives me a nice opportunity to interact with various people within the different teams. As an agile practitioner, I support and enable product squads with best agile delivery practices. I help engineering squads to find any bottlenecks in the current processes to ensure efficient and seamless workflows. Along with that, I work on engineering KPI packs for squads and management to make engineering more data-driven.
I joined Peak in December 2021 as a senior software engineer and it’s been an incredible journey so far, I am learning something new every day. It’s very exciting to work with people who inspire me both as an engineer and a manager. My main responsibility is quality assurance over a very crucial segment of the Peak platform, as well as supervising two guilds: front-end automation and security testing. Peak has given me multiple opportunities to shine in different tech stacks that include Cypress, Burp suite and AWS. Every day here is bright and fulfilling.
As a data scientist at Peak, I help our enterprise customers make data-driven decisions to achieve their commercial objectives by building and deploying applications on Peak’s AI platform. My team of 80 data scientists use cutting-edge technologies, DS/ML tools and a collaborative approach to ensure we are delivering a seamless experience to all of our users.
Coming from a non-technical background to being named Peak’s ‘Platform Navigator of the Year’ has been quite a roller coaster ride! As a Product Manager, my role is to act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure we build a world-class AI platform. My day starts with ensuring that requirements are engineering-ready. The second half is mostly about coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure we understand what the business needs — and, at the same time, that the business also understands what the product team is working on.
I joined Peak as an intern and was then promoted to Senior Software Engineer. Since day one, I’ve loved Peak’s culture, technology and people. I work to support customers to connect all the data from every department within their business into one place and make it AI-ready. I’ve developed so many technical skills at Peak, having worked in multiple domains, such as frontend, AWS Cloud and Kafka. It’s great to have achieved certifications in these areas, too — every day there’s a new opportunity to learn.
