The Peak AI System ingests and transforms your customer data, applying a series of intelligent preprocessing and transformation algorithms to prepare your data and create a unified record from which your customer’s preferences can be derived.  We apply a combination of supervised and unsupervised machine learning algorithms, including deep learning techniques and collaborative filtering techniques, to build a model of your customer’s preferences. Our models can predict both the best product for a customer, as well as the best customers for a product.
