A message from Peak’s founders
By Peak on January 9, 2023Today we’re announcing the hardest changes we’ve ever had to make at Peak. We’re making a change to our company structure that will see global headcount reduced. It’s a decision that was incredibly difficult to arrive at and one we worked hard to avoid.
Last year was challenging for tech companies, with SaaS businesses everywhere impacted by the current downturn. Whilst we are thankful that Peak continued to grow in 2022 we must plot a more efficient path going forward and, sadly, this means we must part with some of our talented and valued teammates.
Our new team structure continues to place our customers and product at the heart of Peak. We are creating new Account Management and Professional Services teams. These changes are designed to enhance our customers’ AI journey, as well as increase product development in new AI applications and platform features, ensuring Peak retains its position as a market leader in AI software.
Our focus right now is on our people; both those leaving us and the wider team. Their intelligence, curiosity and drive have been instrumental in building the company we have today. For that we are very grateful.
