WHAT TO EXPECT
We’re picky when it comes to recruitment, so you can expect a thorough selection process. Nothing to catch you out, just to ensure you know your stuff and can demonstrate our values. You’ll have at least two interviews, see the office environment and will meet as many of the team as possible. There’s likely to be a test or presentation, but we’ll give you plenty of notice and make you feel at ease. Whether successful or unsuccessful, you’ll receive constructive feedback on your performance.
